Digital product nature
All products sold on webitanidesigns.com are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or emailed to you — unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions to our policy
- We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following exceptional cases:
- You purchased the same product multiple times by accident.
- You are unable to access your Jettemplate link and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- You received a different product than described or purchased.
- There is a technical issue with the file that prevents use and cannot be resolved with our support.
To be eligible for a refund under these conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@webitanidesigns.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or supporting details if applicable
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
Custom orders & video invitations
For custom designs or video invitations, we do not offer refunds once we begin working on your order or deliver the final files, as time and creative effort have already been invested. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us — we will do our best to resolve the issue.
File access & responsibility
Please ensure that:
- You read the product description carefully before purchasing.
- You have the appropriate software or access to edit the template, if applicable.
- You download and save your files promptly after receiving them.
We are not responsible for lost access due to incorrect email addresses or failure to download within the available time window.
